Send Philippine Peso to UAE Dirham
The peso-to-dirham rate is the return leg of the UAE–Philippines corridor — checked by Filipinos in the UAE, visitors and anyone converting pesos to dirhams.
The UAE–Philippines corridor is a major one. Most flows run from the Emirates to the Philippines, but the peso-to-dirham rate matters to Filipinos moving to the UAE, to travellers, and to businesses pricing goods in dirhams.
Structurally this is a dollar story. The Philippine peso trades on a market-determined float overseen by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, while the dirham is pegged to the US dollar at 3.6725 by the Central Bank of the UAE. So PHP→AED moves with the peso’s value against the US dollar.

What it really costs to send
The rate shown here is the mid-market rate — the midpoint of the interbank buy and sell price, with no markup. When you actually convert pesos to dirhams, a bank, exchange house or app applies its own rate a little below this and may add a fee, so the dirham amount received is usually a little less than a plain mid-market conversion. We don’t quote any provider’s rate or claim a saving — check the mid-market rate here against the all-in total your service offers to see the true cost.
Rate history
The peso is down 8.7% against the dirham over the past year.
Today’s rate is 0.2% above its 30-day low, 4.5% below its 52-week average, and has moved about 0.16% a day over the last month.
