Send UAE Dirham to Philippine Peso
UAE→Philippines is a major remittance route for the large Filipino community in the Emirates.
Overseas Filipino workers are a significant part of the UAE workforce, and the World Bank ranks the UAE among the top sources of remittances to the Philippines — so AED→PHP is checked constantly by families sending money home.
Structurally, the dirham is pegged to the US dollar at 3.6725 by the Central Bank of the UAE, while the Philippine peso trades on a market-determined float, with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas intervening only to smooth sharp swings. So AED→PHP moves with the US dollar’s value against the peso.

What it really costs to send
The rate on this page is the mid-market rate — the midpoint between the interbank buy and sell price, with no markup added. It is the fairest reference point, but it is usually not the rate you are offered: banks, exchange houses and money-transfer apps set their own rate a little below the mid-market rate and may charge a separate fee, so the amount that actually reaches an account in the Philippines is normally a little less than a straight mid-market conversion suggests. We don’t publish any single provider’s rate or promise a saving — compare the mid-market rate here against the all-in total your service quotes, fee included, to judge the real cost.
